LORD'S SUPPER

Lutheran Christians view The Eucharist as more than a way of remembering the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that the body and blood of Christ are "truly and substantially present in, with, and under the forms" of consecrated bread and wine. By eating the bread and drinking the wine you are being offered complete forgiveness and the power to lead a more godly life.

If you acknowledge your sins, are sorry for them, trust Christ' sacrifice on the cross for your sins, promise to amend your life with the help of the Holy Spirit, and share this understanding of Christ' presence and power in Holy Communion, then we invite you to participate with us. If you have not received any instruction on the Lord' Supper from a Lutheran perspective, we encourage you to go through a new member class before participating.
